Establecer precios competitivos y rentables.<br \/>2. Controlar y optimizar la rentabilidad <br \/>3. Identificar los productos, servicios o proyectos m\u00e1s viables para invertir<br \/>4. Estimar el punto de equilibrio del negocio<br \/>5. Valorar inventarios y costos de venta cuando no hay datos reales disponibles<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1551\">\u00a0<strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo Calcular el Costo Est\u00e1ndar Paso a Paso?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1600\">1. <strong data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1600\">Identifica los Componentes del Costo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1654\">Agrupa los elementos en tres categor\u00edas principales:<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1687\">a) <strong data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1687\">Materiales Directos<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1806\">Todo lo que necesitas para fabricar el producto o brindar el servicio. Ejemplo: insumos, materias primas, componentes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1870\"><strong data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1820\">Ejemplo:<\/strong> Para una cafeter\u00eda, ser\u00eda el caf\u00e9, az\u00facar, leche.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1904\">b) <strong data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"1904\">Mano de Obra Directa<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"2004\">El tiempo y costo del personal directamente involucrado en la producci\u00f3n o prestaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2006\" data-end=\"2046\"><strong data-start=\"2006\" data-end=\"2018\">Ejemplo:<\/strong> Barista, t\u00e9cnico, operador.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2083\">c) <strong data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2083\">Costos Indirectos (CIF)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2206\">Gastos necesarios para operar, pero que no se asignan directamente a un solo producto: luz, alquiler, depreciaciones, etc.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2208\" data-end=\"2211\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2262\">2. <strong data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2262\">Establece el Costo Est\u00e1ndar por Unidad<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2293\">Para cada componente, define:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2435\">\n<li data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2362\">\n<p data-start=\"2297\" data-end=\"2362\">La cantidad est\u00e1ndar por unidad (ejemplo: gramos, minutos, horas)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2363\" data-end=\"2435\">\n<p data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2435\">El costo unitario est\u00e1ndar (ejemplo: precio por kilo, tarifa por hora)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2437\" data-end=\"2458\"><strong data-start=\"2437\" data-end=\"2458\">Ejemplo Pr\u00e1ctico:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2530\">Supongamos que produces un pastel.
